Refund & Exchange Policy 

Legal notice

At Arista 3D Designs, we provide both custom 3D design services and digital model sales.
Each category follows specific conditions:

1. Custom 3D Services

All modeling, texturing, and rendering projects are made to order based on client specifications.
Because of their personalized nature, refunds are not available once production has started.
Revisions may be requested before final delivery, within the limits established in the project agreement.

2. Digital 3D Models (Downloads)

All 3D models sold through our website or partner platforms (such as CGTrader) are digital products delivered electronically.
Due to the nature of these files, refunds are only granted if:

• The file is corrupted, incomplete, or non-functional, and

• The client contacts us within 7 days of purchase providing proof of the issue.

Once files have been successfully downloaded and verified, no refund or exchange applies.
