1. Services

Arista 3D Designs provides custom 3D modeling, texturing, and rendering services, as well as digital 3D models for sale.
All custom projects are developed according to each client’s specifications and may include specific revision stages as agreed upon before production.

2. Digital Products

All digital 3D models offered for sale are downloadable files.
Upon completing the purchase, customers receive access to download the files in the formats specified on the product page (such as .blend, .fbx, .obj, etc.).
Because these are digital assets, no physical delivery applies.

3. Copyright and Usage Rights

All models and renders created by Arista 3D Designs are protected under international copyright law.
Unless otherwise stated, purchasing a model grants the buyer a non-exclusive license to use it for personal, educational, or commercial visualization purposes, but not for resale, redistribution, or inclusion in other marketplaces.

4. Revisions and Modifications

For custom projects, revision requests must be made during the stages defined in the initial agreement.
Major changes beyond the approved scope may require additional fees.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds for digital products or services are governed by our Refund & Exchange Policy, available on this website.

6. Limitation of Liability

Arista 3D Designs is not responsible for any damage, loss, or incompatibility arising from the use or misuse of the downloaded files or renders.
All files are tested and verified prior to release.
